 Eurocastle to Announce Half Year and Second Quarter Earnings on 3 August 2005 
 
Guernsey. 27 July 2005 - Eurocastle Investment Limited (LSE: ECT) today 
announces that it will release the Company's financial results for the half year 
and quarter ended 30 June 2005 on Wednesday, 3 August 2005. In addition, 
management will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, 4 August 2005 at 
3:00 P.M. London time (10:00 A.M. New York time). All interested parties are
